🔥 Workout Overview

  • Length: 20 minutes

  • Focus: Stretching, mobility, relaxation

  • Equipment Needed: Yoga mat (optional cushion or block)

  • Format: Guided flow, holding each stretch for 30–60 seconds


Warm-Up (3 Minutes)

Ease into recovery with gentle movements to open up the body:
